Who we are
These Terms cover your use of the Astropreneur’s Startup Journey Map™ and the Astropreneur’s Guide to the Startup Journey© (together, the “Products”), owned by WRX Companies LLC (“we” or “us”). Questions? Contact Wogbe Ofori

1) Acceptance

By accessing, downloading, copying, or using the Products, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Products.

2) What you can do

  • Use the Products for your own personal or internal, noncommercial purposes, such as a reference tool for general research.

  • Share the official link to the Products freely.

  • Quote short excerpts or show small screenshots in presentations or posts with attribution (see “Attribution” below).

  • Educators, startup development organizations, and economic development agencies may distribute the Products as-is for noncommercial purposes, provided they:

    • Do not use them to support a commercial offering,

    • Do not claim exclusivity, privileged status, or member-only benefits,

    • Do not put them behind a paywall or restrict access to the links.

3) What you can’t do (without our written permission)

  • Commercial use (selling, licensing, using in paid products, paywalled courses, or revenue-generating services).

  • Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works of the Products.

  • Redistributing the full content by uploading the files elsewhere (please share the link instead).

  • Removing copyright or attribution notices, or misrepresenting our work as yours.

  • Scraping, data mining, bulk downloading, or using the Products to train AI models or other automated systems.

  • Any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful use, or any use implying our endorsement without written permission.

4) Intellectual Property

We (and our licensors) own all rights in the Products, including design, text, graphics, data models, and layout. Except for the limited permission above, all rights are reserved.

If you violate these Terms, your permission to use the Products ends automatically, and you must stop using and delete any copies you control (other than what the law allows you to retain).

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
